July 2003 — Present (4 years 11 months)
I enjoy working with clients to create environments of rapid, sustainable business growth. I work with them for ever-increasing results through effective collaboration, strategic planning, and skills transfer. In addition to direct consulting, I conduct seminars and accept public speaking engagements.
My focus is strategic planning for growing businesses through innovative thinking, planning and follow-through. In some cases, I coordinate consulting teams tasked with causing our clients to experience rapid and sustainable growth or results. I work with entrepreneurs on a variety of levels within their organization. Typically, I advise and consult with clients on an ongoing basis to achieve short-term goals and assure long-term success.
As I grow Izrunas Consulting Group, I form strategic alliances with other professionals in order to best serve my clients. As we build our expertise and develop new materials to support our clients, we are expanding to meet future needs.

Several of my clients at UniMatrix International insisted I continue working with them after my sale of the company, so I founded UniMatrix xSP in 2003.
While the company provided both development and hosting services originally, the company's focus is now on providing carrier-class hosting solutions for web sites, eMail, and web-based applications. UniMatrix xSP actively seeks out professional web and application developers with whom to work.
I chose to base all servers and applications provided by UniMatrix xSP on open source Linux software. Through implementation of bleeding edge technology, I was able to greatly reduce spam and other afflictions common to the Internet.
I have taken the company into a growth mode and am seeking qualified professionals to work with on this endeavour.
(Privately Held; 11-50 employees; Information Technology and Services industry)
March 1994 — July 2003 (9 years 5 months)
I founded the company in 1994. UniMatrix International specialized in business automation, web development, telecommunications and technological infrastructure.
Partnering with a variety of companies, including IBM, Lotus, Sceptre, iEnterprises, and Comdial, UniMatrix provided top-notch enterprise-grade solutions to its local and national clients. UniMatrix worked with clients ranging from start-ups to multi-city law firms to multinational manufacturing companies.
Specializations included web-based application development and hosting, infrastructure installation and deployment, CRM (Client Relationship Management), ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning), and workflow automation.
Preferred software platforms included IBM Lotus Notes and Domino, iExtensions CRM, Red Hat Linux, Remark!, and others. Substantial supporter of open source development projects and technology.
Expanded the company to 3 cities and 26 full-time employees before selling the company in 2003.
