For most of the last 8 years, I served in a management position that required me to hold several concurrent roles. In addition to the normal day-to-day administrative activities, I oversaw a wide variety of other operations functions:

Compliance Officer - I remained educated in regulatory changes and liaised with financial institutions and EFT networks. I attended several industry conferences, as well as training and informational seminars.

Cash Services Manager - I managed the relationship with armored couriers and cash providers, and placed orders for our fleet of ATMs using both predictive tools and event tracking. In several circumstances, I was called upon to handle large sums of cash.

Technical Services Manager - I supervised technicians and contractors, and maintained a large inventory of high-value parts. This required me to gain a baseline knowledge of the maintenance and operability of various retail-level ATMs.

Multiple leadership roles have taught me that team building and direction must often be handled differently depending on the employee and the situation at hand. I have a track record of being trusted by staff and executives to treat employees fairly while preserving the company's goals.

A heightened focus on customer service extends back through almost every position I have held. Whatever the service situation, my goal has always been to satisfy the customer's needs as fully as possible and advance the organization's image.

I am comfortable with public speaking, and have contributed to legislative proposals on local and state levels. While at the Basic Brown Bear Factory, I was chosen as its public face, appearing and speaking in television spots on local programs.
