My methodology integrates people, process, and technology to offer a full-spectrum of solutions that meet diverse challenges, from routine execution at the functional level, to full process performance visibility at the management level.

My approach focuses on internal and external customers as well as suppliers, from the perspective of where they are, where they need to be, and when they need to be there. To accomplish this, I leverage business process re-engineering tools such as the DMAIC tollgates embraced by Lean Six Sigma, as well as continuous improvement and performance measurement techniques that I have refined to achieve sustainable long-term results.

I live by the motto, 'Results, NOT Reports', therefore, I physically implement measurable performance improvements in quality, process, systems and behaviors. My experience is rooted as an implementation-based management consultant, who is singularly focused on providing significant and measurable improvements in revenue growth, productivity, and asset utilization without capital expenditure.
