    Revived a six-month stagnant project involving the development, content migration, and roll-out of seventeen separate Drupal sites for the College of Education. Evaluated the status and task lists of each of the sites, revised lists with site point-of-contacts, and delegated and completed site development. Setup, coordinated, and conducted training sessions on Drupal site editing training. Coordinated and conducted drop-in sessions for additional training. Coordinated and conducted site roll-out.

    Managed, designed, and developed a website for a special project of acquiring, scanning, uploading, and tagging photographic resources of Kennesaw, GA history. Worked with student assistants and professors for feedback and adjustments to maximize efficiency in uploading and tagging photographs and scans.     Developed a website to handle the uploading, verification, and (three rounds of) voting for the All-State Art Symposium, sponsored by the Georgia Art Education Association.

  • Asset Management Systems

    Managed the design, development, and implementation of knowledge management IT services within the college. Evaluated the usability and scalability of current systems and processes used for asset management and documentation availability.

    Developed a custom Drupal site to handle photographic asset management. Created a site process workflow which converts raw image formats into lossy compressed web-accessible formats. Evaluated the current scope and scale of documentation for college IT processes, and analyzed a number of services, applications, and mediums for recording documentation. Constructed effective web scaffolding for documenting processes, to ease knowledge retrieval.

    Analyzed existing platforms and services for potential task management usage. Developed a custom Drupal site to handle task management and recording. Created a site process workflow which handles the logic for the creation, update, and completion of open tasks and projects.

    Managed the design, development, and implementation of a migration of the School of Chemistry & Biochemistry website to a content management system.     Acted as project manager and project lead for development. Served additionally as liaison between School of Chemistry IT, School of Chemistry administration, and College of Sciences administration.

    Developed custom solutions to incorporate social media integration (Flickr, Facebook, YouTube) to enhance the visual experience of visitors. Worked alongside Georgia Tech Communications & Marketing to ensure that the site layout and design closely resembles the in-progress top-level redesign initiative and branding.
