Founder and Practice Manager of Deloitte’s e-Business Solutions consulting group. Developed practice business plan and marketing strategy. Responsible for engagement management, technical architecture planning, and the quality assurance of projects implemented by the practice. The practice is focused on delivering business solutions with leading edge technology including e-commerce applications and infrastructure. Also, formed and lead the Microsoft practice for Deloitte and managed the relationship nationally before founding the e-Business practice.

As manager and enterprise architect, developed the technical architecture plan to transform CMS from a mainframe development environment to one integrating both legacy systems and newly developed distributed systems. This technology plan included the client server development environment and tools, the design of the corporate LAN and WAN, and the database systems including the methods for distributing and replicating data between the mainframe, UNIX systems and Microsoft NT systems.
