I am a consultant for my own consulting company. I do a lot of coding for a commercial loan database: www.c-loans.com. It is a pretty nifty tool that lets you find hard money loans (and other commercial mortgages) for businesses that are secured by property. You can search for loans (as a mortgage broker) and you can search for lenders (as a borrower). There are roughly 250,000 people that have used C-Loans and another 2.5 million transactions that it has transferred.
