Currently a third year law student at San Joaquin College of Law hoping to one day enter into private practice in one (or more) of the following fields: Labor, Employment, Worker's Compensation, Personal Injury, Wills, Trusts, and Estates; and Business. I enjoy legal research and am proficient in leading web-based research software such as WestLaw and Lexis Nexis. I am also just as proficient in book and paper based research such as using hardbound California Reporters, Federal Supplements, West's Annotated Codes, Witkin, California Jurisprudence, and various Lexis publications.

Conduct legal research on Westlaw & LexisNexis as well as on print resources such as Moore's Federal Practice, Witkin Summary of California Law, and California Jurisprudence.
Also draft various motions to dismiss and summary judgment. Draft memorandums (neutral and P&A) as well.
I work on Federal Tort Claims Act cases, which include qualified immunity defenses, discretionary function exception, medical malpractice and Bivens actions. I also work on Title VII cases concerning racial discrimination. Some work on False Claims Act cases too.
