Eric Knight has taken the contemporarily appropriate “do-it-yourself” attitude to a whole new level. Opening for acts including KISS, Dave Matthews Band, Aerosmith and Kid Rock, Knight has worked tirelessly to introduce his original music to the masses.

He recently walked away with Outstanding Male Solo Artist bragging rights at the Rockies Awards in Hollywood. Dressed to kill in a sharp suit and tie, he offers a decidedly unbridled take on rock that remains tastefully aware of rock and roll’s pioneers but determined to redefine it even as he picks up the torch. Knight is currently working on his third album, Delusions of Grandeur, slated for release in 2012.

Eric Knight is a singer, songwriter, musician, performer, producer, artist manager, entrepreneur, music industry consultant, media source, conference speaker and music education advocate.

For most of his career, Eric has worked on both the performing and business sides of the music industry. Besides being an accomplished musician with a strong D.I.Y. work ethic, he started his own artist management company Persistent Management™ as not only a vanity company for his own career as a performer but as a vehicle for other artists to fully realize and achieve their artistic vision and integrity.

Eric’s current and most ambitious project, Symbiotic Nation™ is a new entertainment company startup with a mission to reinvent the entertainment industry completely. “Think Google of the new entertainment industry.”

Eric has spoken at and conducted workshops for the Berklee School of Music in Boston and Musicians Institute in Los Angeles.

Persistent Management™ is a full service artist management company. Launched in the spring of 2008 our artist roster includes, singer songwriter Eric Knight, Latin pop-rock sensation Ignacio Val and our latest additions composer pianist Arturo Cardelús and indie rockers Satellite Sky.

We have also recently branched out into the recording and multimedia landscape with the recent signing of director, cinematographer Gerson Segura, website designers 4world2c.com and now working with Jeff Abercrombie bassist from the multi-platinum rock act Fuel in his new venture Thud Studios.

LAMX™ is a global think tank and exchange of new ideas between musicians and industry alike on how to create, promote and distribute their products and services in the new music industry. LAMX™ will be the biggest yearly music industry showcase in the West Coast. Showcasing LA’s and the countries top unsigned bands. Indie and national acts will also play a major role in the festivals success as they will be interspersed throughout Hollywood’s hottest venues which are world renowned.

Since that time one of his ultimate goals has always been to write great songs period. "I've always believed in if its a great song, its a great song no matter what group or person sings it.
