European Training Director CRAcademy at DOCS International
Amsterdam Area, Netherlands
Currently I just started my new position at the CRAcademy. CRAcademy organises training programmes and traineeships designed to start and develop careers within the Healthcare Industries.
I joined the CRAcademy after having run my own training bureau, Training Days, for 7 years.
With about 14 years in clinical research, the core business of Training Days was clinical research training. Both technical training and soft skills training aimed at clinical research professionals.
Besides that, I have also worked as a consultant to pharmaceutical companies (eg medical advisor, quality assessment) and as free-lance CRA, to ensure close contact with the field.
Combining technical and soft skills training for clinical research professionals, with a strong emphasis on personal responsibility and the power of the individual.
