- Tariff negotiation with the manufacturer,
- Contract is signed & account is open (ready to order & to ship),
- B2C (for direct sales): Networks with thousands of members have been developed for e-commerce and direct sales.
- B2B (resellers): Hundreds of potential contacts (Spas, Luxury Hotels...). Only 1 of those contact I did a meeting with and who is interested in the products can bring 15 000 potential customers PER DAY to the project.
- Some other "structural" contacts have been made: retail & distribution (for B2C), professional schools (beauticians) etc.
This project was a multi-million project (not MLM).
