Before joining TiER1 in 2008, Eric was President and Founder of WeirdGuy Creative Solutions, Inc., in Atlanta, GA. He has had a proven record as an entrepreneur and multi-talented professional. His clients included Rockwell-Collins, CDC Software, Hilton Hotels, Chick-fil-A, Sea Ray Boats, GeoLearning, Lucent Technologies, and Washington State Dept. of Health and Social Services—to name a few.
Prior to founding WeirdGuy in 2007, Eric served as Vice President of Training Outreach for the non-profit faith-based organization, In Touch. As Director of the Charles Stanley Institute and Interactive Media Department, Eric initiated and developed the online brand, coordinated multiple Webcasts, started the youth brand, and developed the organization’s e-Learning strategic initiative. His leadership and interpersonal skills earned him a promotion to Vice President, where he led the International, Institute, and Product Development departments and served as a member of the Executive Leadership Team.
