I am currently working as the Business Development Manager for Combat Identification (CID) Systems for BAE Systems in Greenlawn, NY. My primary interest is in the area of millimeter wave technology, but I am also interested in other cooperative, non-cooperative and net-centric opportunities in the CID realm.
I am a retired Marine Officer with a wide array of leadership experiences and management roles in large organizations. I have had a broad variety of operational experiences as well as acquistion experience, operational testing and requirements experience. Educated in Industrial and Systems Engineering.

Responsible for evaluating all new acquisition programs related to ammunition, weapons, measurement devices or command and control that were related to fire support in any way. Designed and conducted operational tests of USMC fire support equipment in support of programmed acquisition decisions.
Worked closely with the Army and OSD DOT&E in the design and conduct of the Advanced Field Artillery Tactical Data System (AFATDS) leading to a Milestone 3 production decision as well as coordinated the design of the M777 Light-weight Howitzer and the Target Locating Designator Handoff System (TLDHS) operational tests.
Recognized by Assistant Commandant of the Marine Corps for actions as the Y2K Test Officer in charge of developing test plans and executing confirmation tests for Marine Forces Reserve garrison and tactical systems as well as 1st Marine Air Wing Tactical Systems.
