I direct NER’s engineering and software group. NER, Inc. has three core areas of focus: Engineering and Software; Automation and Controls; and Materials Test and Inspection. I originally joined NER in 2002 and was head of sales and recruiting. I have a unique background with education and experience in both electronics technology and business (sales, business development, management). My expertise comes from 17 years of working with industries such as aerospace/defense, industrial equipment, test equipment, medical technology and telecommunications. I started my career in the US Air Force and then graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Cardinal Stritch University.

I work with the engineering management of high-tech product manufacturers across the US to provide engineering resources for contract or project needs and direct hire. I thoroughly understand the electrical, mechanical, and software product development process and the organization of engineering project teams.
