In addition, Erica plays a significant role in long-term planning and setting company goals geared toward operational excellence. Erica's valuable experience, fresh viewpoints and ability to delegate responsibilities effectively make her a powerful asset to our team!

Prior to joining RealSupport, Inc., Erica served as a customer service manager for a successful real estate company in Illinois. When Erica is not working, she and Ron enjoy spending time with their family, friends and most importantly, their daughters Kaelynn and Brianna.
