(Public Company; 10,001 or more employees; COL; Aviation & Aerospace industry)
October 2004 — Present (5 years 2 months)
Troubleshot products and identified trends in products to reduce failures and raise yields. Maintained and troubleshot test equipment including Rocketport, GMIC, IPIC, GPIB, network and spectrum analyzers, power supplies, and RF decks. Worked with technicians to gather specifications for new equipment and redesigning existing equipment. Supported customers with on-site meetings and teleconferences. Wrote a Perl script to quicker and easier to visualize the number of passing and failing BI cycles to support the JDAM customer requirement of checking every unit before shipping. This reduced the amount of time to check these history file by a factor of 16.
