- I set-up Broadlink Contact Centre, Inc.; from planning to implementing. I also helped them source out, select, evaluate, incubate and implement campaigns for their centre (2006).
- I set-up and professionalized their tele-sales system of Wheeler's Club International. Once the system had been fully implemented, their sales-output increased by 67%; and continues to do well to date (2004).

- I managed the initial storyboarding of job orders from our Middle Eastern clients.
- I supervised in the final editing and quality control of Animation works which were presented to our clients.
