Enrique Martínez Luque is a 33-year-old Argentine professional, specialized in subjects related with Media, Sports and Management. Between 2003 and 2006 he was coach of professional golfers competing at the European Tour. During this period, he was General Manager at Las Yungas Country Club (05-08). Also of note he was President of the Youthful Commission at the Jockey Club Tucumán (95-96) and auditor at the Argentine Northwest Golf Federation (07-09). Since 1999 he is member of Fundación Universitaria del Río de la Plata. He holds a Scholarship from Fundación Carolina (05-06) and he also won a scholarship from the United States Embassy in Argentina (04) and from the International Republican Institute (04). In addition, he was Honored Guest of the State of Texas in 2000. In 2004, he was selected to represent his country at the Americas Leadership Summit, held in Quito, Ecuador. He also participated as International Observer of the United States 2008 elections, program organized by the Center for Strategic and International Studies. He was Mentor of Fundación Impulsar (07-08) and he is Planning Consulting of COPLAN, Perú since 2004.
