I am leader of graduation project at BSc year Communication and Electronics .
our project working in the field of power line communication.. The team is looking for designing a system and an IC which finally will allow us to have power socket in our buildings to as a broad- band interface. In addition, they will explore the possibility to provide High Speed Digital Internet (ADSL) Network services using the same socket in buildings, and smart homes.
An OFDM (Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing) is used to encode data and BPL systems to enable power grids to carry data by providing a standardized interface (Ethernet – TCP/IP) IEEE® 802.03.
The design and implementation of the full system will be done using MATLAB, and VHDL language used with FPGA kits, in addition to other tools and utilities.
we are cooperated with bahgat groups, Nahdet El Mahrousa and The Industrial Modernization Centre in egypt .
