Stationen is a youth house which functions as an open project house, where youngsters have the possibility to be productive within creating films and recording music. This means, that they can make their own music CD and also supply it with a music video, or they can try out directing skills making films of different kinds. Stationen is also home base of Aalborg Youth School's own radio station, Station 10, which is administrated by a team of youngsters who is responsible for all broadcasting.

I worked in Japanese Social Development Fund (JSDF) Grant which is given by World Bank to Turkish Government / Department of Youth Services.
The grant’s main development objective is to contribute to increased social cohesion through the social integration of youth from excluded communities to mainstream social, economic and political life. JSDF promoted and supported the participation of young people in the economic and social life of the community through an integrated package of youth-oriented services and opportunities in selected regions.
my tasks:
- Review the performance indicators and reports produced by the Youth Centers and suggest necessary changes.
- Set up operational arrangements for collecting, analyzing, and reporting grant data, and for investing in capacity building, to sustain the Monitoring and Evaluation function.
- Assist the preparation and analysis of impact evaluations, beneficiary assessments, and outreach campaigns.
- Facilitate the launching of the demand-driven mechanism by promoting outreach, and guiding communities in formulating new Youth Center proposals.
- Ensure links at the local level between Youth Centers, local NGOs, and the local government.
