I started my first “business” at the age of 10, creating business cards for the teachers in my school. I used the money I earned to buy sweets. At the age of 16 I found my passion for programming, and started building websites for different friends and non-profit organizations. Won different prizes for web sites / web applications I created.
I worked as a web application developer for some companies in Romania and design companies in United States. By the age of 18 I had my own clients so I felt the need to go one step further. That’s when I started working on the business plan, strategy and vision for Brainient. Three years have passed and I feel that starting my own company was the best decision I made until now.

It didn't work out very well, as we discovered that the market wasn't ready for it, so we ended up focusing on the technical platform instead of content production.
