I was heavily involved in launching and growing the open-vm-tools open source project (http://open-vm-tools.sf.net/). I designed & implemented the support for VMware's Unity feature in Linux guest operating systems, assisted with general Unity and Guest-Host Integration architecting, and did general maintenance on guest-side components for Linux, FreeBSD, Solaris, and Windows.
