I am a community visionary that does not settle for the status quo. I believe in continuously striving for better methods, techniques, technology, and relationships in order to achieve a balanced community.
Whether that community is my next door neighbour or my global neighbour I want to create a safe, functional, loving, and fun environment in which to work, play, and sleep.
I practice a unique pro-active approach to problem solving which helps minimize disputes in the Contractor-Owner relationship, thus reducing the Client’s risk to extras and unknowns. I have an openness to information and technical advice policy - I won't nickle-and-dime Clients for sound advice, and I don't believe all technical advice needs an expensive and time-consuming report. It is this value-added service that keep my Clients happy.
I am not content with merely the successful completion of a project; I thrive to complete a project as efficiently and smoothly as possible. Why make the same mistakes time and time again? If I can learn to predict probable hurdles, investigate the possible solutions and determine the best course of action to avoid the situation, then a lot of stress on the rest of the project team is relieved. It is this attention to detail that makes a great consulting engineer stand out – and the very skill that I instill in every Elite team member.
