Currently I am an the Founder and President of Entrinsic Partners, a digital communication agency. Our clients include (or have included) Staples, the Museum of Modern Art, The Canadian Breast Cancer Foundation, SickKids Hospital, Nokia, Aeroplan and Massey Hall Roy Thomson Hall.
Prior to starting Entrinsic, I was Director of Social Media with Segal Communications, an experiential marketing firm in Toronto and at the time the exclusive Canadian representative of Facebook. My focus was developing sustainable brand communities inside social networking sites.
Until December 2007 I was the Managing Director of Social POV, the social media practice area of Cundari, one of Canada’s largest independently owned advertising and communications firms. My social media clients included the Canadian Breast Cancer Foundation’s CIBC Run for the Cure, Kaiser Permanente, Alstom, Deloitte Consulting LLP, WWF-Canada and The Royal Ontario Museum. With Cundari I also participated in brand strategy and positioning for tier-1 clients across telecom, health, financial, cultural and placebranding verticals.
I'm the founder of CaseCamp, the social media unconference. I also participated in writing the business bestseller The Power of the 2x2 Matrix (April 2004, Jossey-Bass) with my former partners at The Transcend Strategy Group.
I speak frequently at international conferences, and have been published in Harvard Business Review, Strategy & Leadership, Canadian Business, Strategy Magazine, One Degree, Slashdot and Torontoist.

• Founded CaseCamp, the Canadian social media unconference with an innovative format and community focus.
• Launched in a grassroots fashion, CaseCamp has taken hold in Toronto, Montreal, Ottawa, Vancouver and Second Life.
• Presenters are leading innovators in social media, including PetroCanada, Royal Bank, Sears, Rocketboom, Spacing.ca, Newmindspace, the Art Gallery of Ontario. Events receive broad coverage across the web.
• CaseCamp Toronto has grown dramatically and has hosted hundreds at the five conferences held in its first year.
