Mr. Jacobsen was a strategy consultant at Bain & Company, where he specialized in technology and competitive strategy, M&A, re-engineering and process improvement for FORTUNE 500 companies in the technology, banking, manufacturing, defense, retail and entertainment industries. Clients included Dell Computer, Lockheed/Martin Aerospace, Maryland National Bank, Dun & Bradstreet, and GTE. Eliot was also an analyst at Bain Capital where he helped analyze and complete large leveraged private equity transactions.
Eliot has a B.S. degree with Honors in Business Management, from Brigham Young University and an MBA from the Harvard Business School.
