Developed a Health Assessment web application to identify one’s state of health, provide meaningful feedback to pinpoint areas of attention, and communicate ways to improve those areas. Led the task of developing the ASP.NET 2.0 User Interface tier for the 3 tier web application. Wrote several custom server and user controls to simplify the web application and to fit the need of our requirements. Integrated JavaScript on the web client to perform real-time filtering and validation. Integrated Microsoft ASP.NET AJAX into the Master Pages to increase user performance. Used XSL to transform the Report XML into presentable reports for the member and corporate reports. Wrote additional role-based dashboards to allow users to manage members, clients, and the system. Managed several developers to complete numerous User Interface tasks and directed a Spanish translator to internationalize the website content. Integrated ASP.NET MVC into the administration section of the website which enabled separation of concerns and Unit Testing.
