Placer County, CA, "The Real McCoy" in Real Estate and Property Management
Sacramento, California Area
My goal is to provide exceptional service to exceptional people. We provide leadership in education for all matters related to real estate, to empower the individual. We help others accumulate investment property. There is no better time than now! - I believe that buyers will make the right decision for themselves, when the time is right and when they have seen all their options. This allows me to create a no-pressure environment where I serve as advisor and guide, through each step of the process.
Providing monthly forums and seminars in Lincoln, California, for all, including me, to educate and learn.

With the fabulous guidance of Ted Ciesla for 6 years (Ciesla is Polish not Spanish), I was allowed to spread my wings and learn the nuts and bolts of how to best serve our landlord clients. And we started the Monterey chapter of NARPM (National Association of Residential Property Managers). See their website: NARPM.

Under the careful eye of Dr. Clynn Smith, Jr., a respected and retired surgeon in Monterey, I learned real estate: architectural design, city plan reviews, development, construction, bid process, and property management in the 80's. Most valuable lesson: Always wear both a belt and suspenders; have Plan B ready for when Plan A fails.
