During my time there I helped with topics ranging from functional foods to bioengineered wheat. I authored a report on functional foods called Functional Foods: Disease State Analysis. The report was ground-breaking in its approach and was purchased by many Fortune 500 companies. Procter & Gamble alone purchased over 20 copies and a person within the company noted that it would be "difficult to overestimate" how influential the report was among P&G strategic management.
