Initially commencing as Marketing Communications Manager, Consumer, I was responsible for managing a team of 5 that developed and produced all campaigns for the Consumer Fixedline business including:
- Launch of "Neighbourhood Call"
- Local, STD (National) and International calling
- Call completion products (eg MessageBank, Call waiting, etc)
After a few years I moved into a broader Marketing role as Marketing Manager for BigPond growing dial-up services launching BigPond Broadband as a mainstream service.
My final role at Telstra was Marketing Manager for the Small Business Segment across all product portfolios.
