Today I'm a Software Reuse Evangelist, Team Lead and Business Manager.

My main focus at CESAR is to be part and help the RiSE (Reuse in Software Engineering) Group, to succeed. We develop and tools to help the improvement of software reuse in companies.

As a Team Lead my main concerns are to keep the team motivated, propose technical solutions, design and architectural patterns, inspect code and high level design of the applications.

As a Business Manager I'm in contact with clients, writing proposals, identifying business opportunities and giving talks about software reuse.

I actually have more than 10 eyears in the field. Worked as a software engineer and also web designer.

I have a very flexible background including Team Management, Programming, Server Administration, Database Administration.

This includes: Oracle Database and Tools, LAMP (Linux, Apache, MySQL, PHP) Administration, Photoshop, Corel Draw, Sun Java Certified Programmer. Software Architecture Evaluation, Configuration Management, Software Test, Software Requirements, CMMI, RUP and Agile development (XP and Scrum).
