Launched first blog by a US bank. Lead initiatives in MySpace, YouTube and other social networks. Lead consumer-generated marketing, including a music video contest that aired as a nationally televised 30-second ad. Represent Wells Fargo by speaking at conferences, panels and press interviews. Grew ROI 300% annually. Lead efforts to monitor social media for brand and product impact.
