My first major project was the development of Global Address Suite for international address capture and enhancement. This work was performed at Optima (now Harte Hanks Global Address) where I held the position of Technical Director. One notable deployment of Global Address Interactive was at the Microsoft X-box European call centre.
Following this I worked under contract for Exorbyte GmbH where I was product manager for MatchMaker, an enterprise grade search engine specialising in fault tolerant recall in structured data. I was also responsible for the MatchMaker deployment at Espotting Media, the largest European pay per click engine (now Miva Media).
I am currently director and founder at RossTech. RossTech specialises in Communication & Collaboration. Our flagship service is Tonsho, for sending large email attachments. We've recently added Tonsho Photo, for Professional Photographers to sell their prints.
