After Stage Managing the Main Stage at CIF for 5 years I was thrilled to be named an Artistic Associate to the organization. As an AA, I help promote the Chicago Improv Festival to fellow artists and patrons around the world.

Teach and facilitate Viola Spolin based Improvisational Theater performances, workshops and classes to audiences throughout the Midwest.
In 2005, was invited by the Cultural Center of the Philippines and Gabe Mercado to present small performances based on the work of Viola Spolin throughout the Southeast Asian country.
Created and continue to produce the award winning Paper Slip Theatre; which has successfully produced well over 2,000 live performances since 1999.
Featured presenter at the National Young Audience Conference in 2003.

Paper Slip Theatre is Ed Reggi's audience activated entertainment company. For over 10 years, Paper Slip has been making audiences laugh right out of their chairs; and then they continue to laugh on the floor. Paper Slip shows can be completed scripted or fully improvised. They often appear looking like a live Saturday Night Live show or WHOSE LINE IS IT ANYWAY. Either way, Reggi and his cast of comedians will leaving you feeling entertained.

Act as the organization’s leader in the Theater Education non-profit community. Helped secure various federal, state and private funding: averaging over $4 million for the entire organization annually. Managed educational programming in the two organization’s theaters (one 400 seat and one 99 seat black box); and all of the productions and projects including 14 events annually. Coordinated and directed all administrative and program activities for a staff of over 15. Established and managed program plans, goals, budgets, contracts and performance standards.

Non-profit Community Arts 2000 — 2001
Since 1997, the Community Arts Training (CAT) Institute at the Regional Arts Commission continues to be an innovative program built on the belief that art can be an agent of social change. The CAT Institute, a national model, is designed to provide professional level, comprehensive training for artists of all disciplines and for social service providers/community workers to develop and implement partnerships.
Each year, 16 CAT Institute fellows are selected through a nomination, application and interview process. CAT Institute fellows are provided with more than 50 hours of training. The rigorous five-month curriculum includes training on partnership and survival strategies, mediation and conflict resolution, learning styles, teaching strategies, public relations, identifying funding sources, legal and liability issues in the arts and social services, assessment techniques and advocacy.

I auditioned and was accepted into Second City's Minority Outreach Program. This program was created by the organization's late Artistic Director Martin de Maat. The intensive program attracted some of the entertainment ndustries most highly recognized talent. I am proud to say that I am an alum of this historic Second City program.
