One project, the SRU 4 project, was honored with the North West Construction Consumer Counsel’s Project of the Year Award for being safely completed several months ahead of schedule and 10 % under budget.
Managed all internal and external project requirements from front-end loading to start-up including: global procurement coordination, contractor selection and negotiations, resource allocation and scheduling, contingency assessment, crisis management, and overall project reporting and sign-off.
Field manager (2005 Turn Around). Facilitated interactions between schedulers, unit operators, construction workers, engineers, and quality assurance specialists during this high pressure, 24/7 environment. Successfully complete Puget Sound’s first turn around with zero OSHA recordable injuries.
