•Created and implemented quality programs designed to diminish defective parts manufactured in Mexico, reducing the quality problems from over 1,000 defective parts per million to 28 in the Springfield, TN Electrolux Home Appliances Plant. In 2002, Vitro became the sole glass supplier for this plant
