I am a Internet technology specialist, with experience leading teams at the tactical, managerial, strategic, and executive levels. I started LTech, a successful enterprise search and collaboration technology integrator, in 2001. In 2009 LTech was sold to The Matlen Silver Group, an Enterprise technology professional services firm. My role at LTech is CTO, where I direct the strategy, sales, marketing, and operations of the company, in addition to evangelizing cloud and search technology to customers and the community.

Our team has delivered scores of projects and products for customers of all sizes. Our solutions allow SMB and Enteprises to connect to cloud based solutions like Google Apps and Amazon EC2, and leverage search technology inside and outside of their firewall.

I am a member of the Agile Alliance and a firm believer in Agile methodologies for successful software development. I am a believer in open-source technology and participate actively in the Ruby on Rails community.

I live in northern New Jersey with my wife and two sons. I also enjoy learning new ways to cook things, playing guitar, golf, and spending time with my family.
