As an EOS implementer I collaborate with the owners/CEOs and leadership teams of entrepreneurial companies (2 to 50 million annual revenue, 10 to 250 employees, in any industry) helping them gain traction for their businesses with practical, immediately usable tools.

I provide a complete system, EOS, which includes a set of practical tools to help them do 3 things we call vision, traction, healthy.

Vision, from the standpoint of first getting their leaders 100% on the same page with who they are, what they do, where they are going and how they are going to get there.

Traction, from the standpoint of helping the leaders become masters of execution, getting complete control of what they need to do each day to consistently get the results they want.

Healthy, from the standpoint of helping the leaders become a healthy, functional, cohesive leadership team.

At the end of our journey together, when owners/CEOs and their leadership teams have made EOS a way of life in running their business, the result is communication is enhanced, stress levels decrease, cash flow improves, issues are resolved quickly and permanently and the organization becomes a more cohesive team.

I work primarily in the Washington DC to the Greater New York City corridor with my home base being in Greater Philadelphia.
