Edbury Daley is a niche Recruitment Consultancy which was formed in 2005 and offers Contingency, Advertised, Search and Interim recruitment services in the Procurement and Property markets.

I am an experienced mid to senior level Recruiter, my background was originally in Property & Construction before focusing on Purchasing & Supply Chain in 1998. Having previously worked for PSD and Ajilon Executive, I set up a new business with Simon Edbury in January 2005.

We have since been joined by Charlie Bolam who worked with me at both Ajilon and PSD, and Hannah Jackson joined us in 2007 after a successful career in advertising and 3 years with a major competitor in Procurement Recruitment.

We have two specific business areas - Purchasing and Property/Construction. We focus on appointments in the £40k - £150k bracket and are always interested in talking to career minded professionals in our relevant markets.

I left my position as Head of Practice for Purchasing at Ajilon Executive at the end of 2004 to form this new specialist recruitment company with some former colleagues.

We have two separate markets we operate in which are Construction (specifically in the area of property development) and Purchasing & Supply Chain.

Since starting the business we have built a strong reputation in both our target markets, and our procurement business is very active across a number of key industry sectors like banking, FMCG, pharmaceuticals and consulting, often recruiting for market leading organisations.

We have also developed some innovative recruitment solutions to address changes in market conditions
