I mentor leaders and their organizations through the transition from where they've been to what they will be in the future. Typically this happens when an organization's leadership recognizes that they have reached a performance plateau or are in decline, and change is necessary. These transitions require a broad-based conversation to build commitment to making the changes that may be needed. What I've found is that these transitions require stopping specific practices and learning new disciplines.
I work with a wide variety of clients from community organizations, utilities, municipalities, small businesses to churches. The common thread between these diverse organizations is that each one is a community of people who must work together to achieve their goals. My work is with the human interaction dynamic at the individual, team and organization-wide level.
