I am committed to helping clients, homeowners, referral partners and others in the current economic climate we all face by educating them about loan options and refinancing to affordable payments under the most recent FDIC, Fannie Mae/Freddie Mac guideline and program changes.
In my past role as a Mortgage Consultant and Planner, I helped people that were ready to buy a home or refinance a home and I continue to do so, originating both purchase and refinance loans, through my various marketing methods, including consulting and teaching CE Clock Hours to Realtors across Washington State.
I am known as "The Mortgage Matchmaker" and serve a dual role at the Vancouver, Washington branch as Mortgage Consultant and Social Media Consultant to Realtors/Builders and small business owners.

We embrace Web 2.0 marketing strategies, utilizing social media network marketing and online video marketing to meet the needs of homebuyers seeking information on home financing and buying.
Also, I educate Realtors in Video Marketing/Social Media Networking through educational seminars and CE Clock Hours courses, as a licensed instructor.

For over the past 20+ years, I've worked as a freelance musician, as a pianist and keyboardist both as a soloist and with different groups. My playing experience has spanned working on "The Love Boat" and other cruise lines, to working with bands in LA, New Orleans, Seattle, Portland and Europe. I've had the opportunity to perform with many different artists as a backup band member and most recently was a member of The Northwest's Favorite Party Band, 5 Guys Named Moe.
I still play on occasion and enjoy playing jazz piano with a trio and by myself. I've enjoyed my many years as a professional musician and I am most fortunate for the ability to have a creative outlet for expressing myself and my music. I help homeowners buy their first home and help homeowners refinance for rate and term reduction and/or consolidating debt. I show how to pay off their mortgage in 1/2 to 1/3 the time with very little change to income or spending habits, using existing banking products on the market today.
The mortgage acceleration concept of using a "flexible mortgage account" teaches homeowners how to utilize existing income, cash flow and expenses, to offset great portions of interest on their mortgage loan and reduce the time it takes to pay down the debt. Often refinancing is not required, but an analysis is done to determine mortgage reduction and accelerated payoff time. This IS NOT a bi-weekly or extra payment to principal plan or concept.
