Greater Denver Area
I am a small business attorney involved in the business and technology field since college. Prior to becoming an attorney, I gained a Master of Science in Computer Information Technology while employed with Experian's email marketing division working with a team administering over 400 computers. While in law school, I clerked for the University of Colorado's Technology Transfer and Compliance Attorney. Among the responsibilities charged to me in these two positions were: writing a wide range of contracts including software licensing, nondisclosure, and joint research development agreements; researching new developments in the law such as the CREATE Act and federal contract compliance; and presenting seminars on technology issues to University personnel. Since law school, I have continued to be involved in the small business community.
