Elaine Springer helps her clients achieve harmony between their body, mind, emotions and spirit by empowering them to live balanced lives. Through a combination of techniques and disciplines, she works with people to identify what is important to them, helps them realize their intentions and achieve the balance that is necessary to perform well in life.
A certified Pilates instructor since 1988, Elaine also studies and practices transcendental meditation, vibrational healing and yoga. She experienced Ayurvedic medicine in Lancaster, Massachusetts where Deepak Chopra was in residence, and helped publicize his book, Quantum Healing. She earned her certification as a Polarity Practitioner with the Ultrasonic Core Group in Malverne, New York.
Elaine teaches the importance of bringing core values to daily endeavors so the world is a better place for everyone. She has worked with the American Cancer Society raising money and has counseled emotionally disturbed children. She brings grace, joy, and balance to everyone with whom she works.
Elaine's other professional experience includes owning Sunflowers Natural Food in Encinitas, California, assisting the director of a high end French decorative arts gallery and managing the private estate of German fashion designer Wolfgang Joop in New York City. While living in Hamburg, Germany she managed the office of still life photographer Michael Somoroff.
She has a BA degree in sociology and a MS in education. She studied French Literature and Poetry at the I'lnstitut de Francais in Villefranche-sur-Mer and completed her German studies at the Goethe Institute in Germany.
