I have 7 years (full time) experience in the real estate field as a multimillion dollar producer. I have bought and sold personally too.
I have sold everything from hunting land in Northern MN to exquisite homes in Sartell, and fixer-uppers in rural areas. I have personally purchased investment homes, helped buyers get that dream home they have always wanted, managed commercial buildings, helped clients in foreclosure and facilitated for-sale-by-owner closings. I have done witness closings, updated abstracts and searched titles (owner & encumbrances reports).
I view my professional experience as very diverse in the real estate field. I have a bigger background in real estate than most of my competitors. My background in the title industry has helped immensely to save my clients money and time. My goals include helping each and every client reach their goal of home ownership and asset growth while putting my heart into every deal.
