Earl Cox is a publishing industry veteran of over two decades.

As President and Chief Executive of Earl Cox & Associates Worldwide and Writersandpoets.com, LLC, Mr. Cox acts as a literary manager and publishing consultant for authors seeking agent representation or guidance in promoting, marketing, and distributing their books. Mr. Cox also offers book coaching services and assistance in developing strong non-fiction book proposals that attract deals from major publishers.

In addition, he managed the nationwide sales and promotion of Wiley’s African American and multicultural books.

In 2004, Mr. Cox launched Booksthatclick.com, an urban, grassroots marketing web site and catalog designed to reach the African American reader.

A former faculty member of the New York University School of Continuing and Professional Studies' Center for Publishing, Mr. Cox speaks frequently at industry seminars and publishing events.
