Specifically, this includes improving profitability, establishing business systems and processes, increasing sales, enhancing leadership and communication capabilities and utilizing technology to improve overall productivity and efficiency.

Since 2006, E3C has created over 50 coaching programs, developed mastermind and networking groups online, launched an online social network for his clients and strategic partners and produced three newsletters to promote free enterprise and community.

Since March 2006, over 2,000 people have participated in our online business coaching and networking sessions. E3C has connected over 1,100 businesses in 2007 and 2008!

I am passionate about helping entrepreneurs become more successful and becoming better role models in their communities by adopting the principles of Servant Leadership.

My goal is to use technology to create a more entrepreneurial society that promotes and celebrates free enterprise and business ownership. This will generate greater business growth and result in more apprenticeships, internships and scholarship opportunities for our young people.

As CEO of E3 Capital Resources (E3C), I am creating an online community of entrepreneurs and small business owners called E3C Link. We will come to together to support, motivate, inspire, educate, inform and network with each other in the pursuit of financial and economic independence and entrepreneurial success.

E3C also stands for Entrepreneurship ... Empowerment ... Evolution .... Connect ... Collaborate ... and Create Opportunity.

E3C Link will be a place where entrepreneurs will be able to connect, collaborate and create greater opportunities for themselves and their local communities.
