I am interested in reducing the friction around interactions with information in both digital and physical contexts. That sounds very precious and complicated. Really, I just want to make things easy for people to use.
I make and do things like: wireframes, sitemaps, personas, usability testing, heuristic evaluations, qualitative & quantitative user research, interviews, requirements gathering, standards-based markup, xhtml+css.
