With over 30 years in post and pre-sales Support functions on an international basis, I have gained massive experience of all areas of the Support industry.

Many of the ventures I have been involved with have been new "green" field support centres either after acquisition or moves into new business areas. Recent examples are green field support centres in India and organisational development for Planning, Support account management and strategy.

My goals are simple; create an organisations that allows team members to contribute, gain experience, improve skills and move into more senior positions either inside or outside of the organisation.

Support is the ultimate people business and so its the people who demand and deserve the recognition for their hard work.
