I am an experienced Programme/Change Manager - fixing things that aren't going to plan, developing change strategy and making it stick in implementation. A lot of my personal focus is on the people aspects of change (aligning that to the financial aspects of change) - it is people that stop change, so let's ensure that we get the relationships, behavioural changes etc right first time....peoples feelings, egos and behaviours are hard to nurse back to health!
I'm also a qualified accountant, but I'm not boring....financial control is key to delivery of change.
