In the capacity of Marketing Manager, Dvir was responsible for the on-going operations of the center, leading a team of three marketing professionals, working primarily with BPs. Usual office day would include meetings with a BP's marketing manager and/or CEO, presenting a business proposal for advertising and exposure, working with the local team on the appearance and design and managing the yearly budget ($250k).

As Internal Communications Manager Dvir was responsible for the online presence of IBM - the public website, ibm.com/il and the corporate intranet. In that capacity Dvir worked with the marketing teams on crafting IBM's public message, design and UI, campaign management, content writing and editing, technical support and interactive work with the ad agencies.
From the internal communications aspect, Dvir built annual communication plans, to support IBM's message and strategies, worked with local executives and worldwide teams on campaigns and viral activities and was a moderator and subject matter expert on several global online jams (collaborationjam.com).

Dvir's first job at Big Blue was Intranet Editor, responsible for all the content available on the corporate site. In fact, Dvir built the site from scratch, and has grown with it along the years.
As Intranet Editor Dvir was responsible for conveying IBM's message to the employees, by supported worldwide initiatives, creating local campaigns and working closely with the general manager and senior leadership on executive communications.

The 3 months program provides the opportunity to learn with colleagues from other European countries, under the watchful eyes of veteran IBM sales executives and professional mentors.
