At Sapient, I helped clients devise the approach to content that worked best for them and for the medium. I developed the voice and tone of client Web sites, developed templates, wrote sample copy, and built a workflow, so that they would be able to maintain and expand their Web content after our project was finished. In some cases I also created launch content or edited client content for launch.
