I am currently looking for work (freelance or otherwise). I am interested in exploring roles in political research, public affairs and web content.
My freelance work is mainly focussed on research, web development and writing.
I run a number of websites attracting between 10,000 and 15,000 visits per month between them. I have acted as a consultant helping others get what they want out of the web. I am particularly experienced in using WordPress and have strong skills in HTML and CSS.

Political Research. Duties have included conducting research, gathering information, constructing and maintaining databases, designing stakeholder maps and identifying new market opportunities for a firm.
Web development. Drawing on my experience running websites, I have also acted as a consultant helping people get what they want out of the web.
I write articles for a number of websites.

My choice of courses has led to me developing a particularly strong expertise of Scottish politics and Scotland's economy. I wrote my dissertation on the voting paradox (the phenomenon whereby economists struggle to explain why people vote).
